ABOUT Family Day 2026
Family Day has been an annual celebration at Oakland Promise for some time. After a few years hiatus we brought it back to celebrate how far we’ve come with partners and families. After offering FREE TICKETS to our family participants and students we SOLD OUT! However, we encourage the general public to add their names to our waiting list, and hope to continue growing this event each year.

Oakland Promise 10 Years!
Founded in 2016 as a collaborative effort between the City of Oakland, Oakland Unified School District (OUSD), and East Bay College Fund - Oakland Promise operates as a craddle-to-career continuum for Oakland students and families - as direct service provider, convener, and regranter for thousands of students and families. We are so excited to celebrate this year in community and hope you join along.
