Since 2023, Oakland Promise has built a dedicated Impact & Evaluation team to ensure every decision we make is grounded in data and centered on the needs of our Oakland community.
Every decision we make is grounded in data and guided by our community. That's why we invest in the partnerships, technology, and tools to measure our impact and continuously strengthen our work.
The Impact & Evaluation team conducts community-based evaluations of Oakland Promise programs. As a backbone organization, we partner with schools, the City of Oakland, and community-based organizations, using innovative technology to measure our collective impact at both the neighborhood and city-wide level.
